At Bespoke Jewels, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are pleased to offer you a hassle-free return policy that ensures your complete peace of mind.

We provide a complimentary 30 day return policy for all US orders. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the day of shipment. The return shipping is provided by FedEx and is free to you.

If you are returning because a ring needs to be resized, take advantage of our complimentary, one-time resizing service within 30 days of purchase. Send the ring back to us, and we'll take care of the resizing process. Once it's ready, we'll ship it back to you free of charge.

Eligibility Requirements

  • All special orders, including Bespoke special orders, may be returned for store credit only.
  • All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition. Additionally, all original documentation provided with your purchase must accompany the return.
  • For applicable items, please include the diamond certificate with your return. Failure to include the certificate may result in a $100 replacement fee per missing card.
  • Items that have been modified, engraved or resized by a company other than Bespoke Jewels cannot be returned.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • To initiate a return, please obtain a Return Shipping Authorization Number. Packages without this number, or packages refused for delivery, will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to limit website access and terminate the accounts of individuals engaging in abusive return practices. See our full policy regarding Returns Abusers in the Returns section of our Terms and Conditions page here.

Return Instructions

  1. Initiate your return in one of the following 3 ways

    • Online Account: If you placed your order using your online account, log into your account here and choose Order History. You can choose which orders and items you would like to return.
    • Order Lookup: If you made a guest purchase, you can enter your information here to choose which items you would like to return.
    • Contact Us: Alternatively, contact us at 888-913-4367 or [email protected] obtain a Return Shipping Authorization Number and request your free FedEx return shipping label.

    If your order qualifies to be returned, we will send your FedEx return shipping label and packing slip via email. Print both documents for your return. Return Shipping Authorization Numbers are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization.

  2. Prepare Your Return

    • Jewelry Box: Include all original packaging, your return packing slip, and any diamond certificates and enclose your item(s) inside the original jewelry box.
    • Shipping Box: Put the jewelry box containing your items into a shipping box. We recommend using the original box from your order or obtain a suitable box from your FedEx store.
    • Return Packing Slip: Insert the return packing slip into the shipping box.
    • Seal and Label: Seal the shipping box securely and affix the prepaid FedEx label to the outside of the shipping box. Please avoid writing any jewelry related words on the package, for security reasons.
  3. Ship Your Return

    • FedEx Drop-Off: Take the sealed package to the nearest FedEx location. Please note that packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed shipping locations are not the responsibility of Bespoke Jewels or FedEx.
    • Obtain a Receipt: Request a FedEx receipt as proof of shipping and insurance coverage for your item.

Refund Process

  1. Receipt and Inspection: Upon receiving your returned order, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect and verify the condition of your return. This process may take up to seven (7) business days.
  2. Refund Issuance: Once the inspection is complete, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For credit card refunds, please allow up to one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear. If the original payment method was bank wire, cash or certain other payment types, we will issue your refund via check.
  3. Refunds for special orders, including Bespoke special orders, will be issued as a store credit to your account that was used for the purchase. You will still be responsible for the payments on your original payment method.
