About Our Diamonds & Jewelry

Are your diamonds natural diamonds?

Yes. All of the diamonds that we use in our jewelry are natural diamonds, formed over millions of years, and ethically sourced for your special jewelry.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Yes. All of our diamonds ethically sourced from reputable suppliers and manufacturers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, which aims to reduce "blood diamonds" in the industry and ensure that the diamonds are conflict-free.

How do you advertise carat total weight, and what are the tolerances?

We present the carat total weights (ctw) of our diamonds in fractions within the product name, while also providing decimal representations in the product details. The fractions we utilize adhere to the guidelines set by the Federal Trade Commission for diamonds advertised in fractional form, as well as the best practices followed within the diamond industry. Do you provide diamond certifications?

We do not provide certification on any jewelry EXCEPT that we do certify the center diamonds in our Ring Designer. All items in Ring Designer will come with a certified center stone from a reputable, independent certification lab, usually GIA or IGI.

Can I purchase a loose diamond?

Yes. We have thousands of diamonds available for purchase. We also have robust filters to help you find the one that is perfect for you. Search for your perfect diamond here.

How do you match side stones in the jewelry?

Our diamond experts match side stones based on the quality of the center diamond you choose. The product page will usually show the quality of the side diamonds included in the jewelry.

What metal types do you offer?

Our jewelry is skillfully crafted using 14K gold or platinum. The majority of our gold pieces are offered in white, yellow, and rose gold color options. On the product page for each item, you can select your preferred metal type and color.

Are all white gold rings coated with rhodium plating?

Yes, we do apply rhodium plating to our white metals, such as white gold. The purpose of rhodium plating is to enhance the shine and durability of the metal, resulting in a smooth and glossy finish for the jewelry. This practice is commonly used in the jewelry industry.

Is the jewelry stamped?

Yes, we have a legal obligation under the National Stamping Act to imprint silver and gold jewelry with stamps. We strictly adhere to the stamping guidelines established by the Federal Trade Commission. These stamps are essential as they indicate the metal's quality and our trademark. For instance, if an item is crafted from 14 karat gold, the stamp will display 14K. As for our trademark, most of our jewelry bears the stamp "B" representing Bespoke Jewels. In the case of rings, the stamp is typically located inside the band, on either the right or left side. If the stamp is not immediately visible, we recommend using a magnifier or jeweler's loupe for closer inspection.

Can I engrave my ring?

A significant number of our engagement rings and wedding bands can be personalized with engravings. If engraving is available for an engagement ring, you will find the option to add it on the product page or during the checkout process. Please note that there may be a nominal fee associated with this service.

Orders & Payments

Are your prices in US Dollars?

Yes. We display all of our prices in US dollars, including tax and shipping fees.

Do I have to pay tax?

We collect taxes from customers in accordance with applicable regulations. It's important to note that we do not profit from these taxes, and we remit the collected taxes directly to the respective states as required by law. Any applicable taxes will be accurately calculated and prominently displayed during the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major US credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For your convenience, we can also accept a Bank Wire Transfer. Or we have financing available through Affirm, with low monthly payments and rates as low as 0% APR.

Do you offer Financing?

Yes, we offer financing through Affirm. If qualified, you may qualify for low monthly payments with rates as low as 0% APR*. At checkout, choose Affirm as your payment method, then create an account and answer a few questions. You will be notified immediately if you’ve been approved. Am I able to make a purchase if I reside outside of the United States?

At this time, we ship to the 50 U.S. states and Canada via FedEx, as well as military APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We intend to accept international orders in the near future, so please check back often.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

Depending on the type of item, it will either be categorized as In-Stock or Made-to-Order. In-stock items will be shipped within two (2) business days upon placing your order. On the other hand, Made-to-Order items typically require around two (2) weeks for creation before being shipped to you. To obtain a more precise estimate, please refer to the product detail page after customizing your jewelry. Is shipping secure?

In order to mitigate theft or other issues, our shipping packages do not mention Bespoke Jewels, diamonds, or jewelry anywhere on the box.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer FREE FedEx 2Day shipping for all items shipped to United States addresses. FedEx Priority Overnight is available for a small additional charge. For addresses going to domestic or international military bases through APO/FPO, we ship for FREE using USPS Priority Mail. For orders shipping to Canada, we ship via FedEx International, which is a 2 day service, for a $25 flat fee. See our full shipping policies here.

Do you offer Saturday Delivery?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states and Canada via FedEx. We ship to United States APO/FPO military base addresses via the United States Postal Service. We anticipate adding additional international shipping options in the future. Please check back often.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your payment is processed, we are unable to change your order in any way. This includes changes for a different item, metal color, carat weight, ring size, or changes to the billing or shipping address. However, you may cancel made-to-order items up to 24 hours after you place the order.

Returns, Warranty, Repairs

What is your return policy?

We offer a complimentary 30-day return policy with FREE return shipping via FedEx, so you can make sure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days from when it ships for a full refund back to your original payment method. Special orders, including Bespoke custom orders, may be returned for store credit only.

Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry?

Absolutely. We take pride in the quality of our gemstones and jewelry. We offer a complimentary Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, ensuring that all our jewelry is free from any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. Can I resize my ring?

Yes. We offer free ring sizing after your first purchase, and up to one time per year after that. See the details here.

Do you offer repairs if something happens to my jewelry?

Yes. While diamonds and jewelry are durable, they are not indestructible. If something happens to your jewelry and you need repairs, we’re here to help. Get started with a repair here.

How should I clean and care for my diamond jewelry?

Caring for your diamond jewelry is similar to caring for other fine jewelry pieces. A straightforward approach involves using a small amount of dish soap mixed with warm water. Gently scrub the jewelry using a soft cloth or a toothbrush with soft bristles. Rinse it thoroughly and allow it to dry on a soft cloth. Another option is to utilize an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner.
